Terms & Conditions: Independent Gym Access (No Trainer)

 Access Type: This membership provides independent, self-directed access to the gym facilities, including the cardio zone, free weights, and all standard workout equipment.

 No Training Services: This plan strictly does not include personal training, group classes, guided sessions, or custom workout programming.

 Pricing & Renewal: The promotional rate is 30 KWD per month, payable in full upon registration.

 Liability Waiver: Members train at their own risk. By purchasing this membership, you acknowledge that you are familiar with safe equipment usage and agree that the gym is not liable for injuries resulting from independent training.

 Refunds & Transfers: This membership is non-refundable, non-transferable to another person, and cannot be paused or frozen.

 Gym Etiquette: Members must adhere to gym rules, including re-racking weights after use, practicing proper hygiene, and respecting operating hours. Please book the hour you will train in before attending the gym.

 نوع الاشتراك: يتيح هذا الاشتراك دخولاً مستقلاً وذاتياً لمرافق النادي الصحي، بما في ذلك منطقة الكارديو، الأوزان الحرة، وجميع أجهزة التمرين الأساسية.

 الخدمات التدريبية: هذا الاشتراك لا يشمل التدريب الشخصي، الحصص الجماعية، التوجيه الخاص، أو جداول التمارين المصممة من قبل مدربين.

 الرسوم والتجديد: قيمة هذا العرض الترويجي هي 30 د.ك شهرياً، وتُدفع بالكامل عند التسجيل.

 إخلاء المسؤولية: يتدرب العضو على مسؤوليته الشخصية. بشراء هذا الاشتراك، فإنك تقر بمعرفتك بكيفية الاستخدام الآمن للأجهزة، وتوافق على أن النادي غير مسؤول عن أي إصابات ناتجة عن التدريب الذاتي.

 الاسترجاع والتحويل: هذا الاشتراك غير قابل للاسترداد النقدي، وغير قابل للتحويل لشخص آخر، ولا يمكن إيقافه أو تجميده مؤقتاً.

 قوانين النادي: يجب على الأعضاء الالتزام بكافة لوائح النادي، بما في ذلك إعادة الأوزان إلى أماكنها بعد الاستخدام، والمحافظة على النظافة العامة، والالتزام بساعات العمل الرسمية. ‏يرجى حجز الساعة الخاصة بالتمرين الخاص قبل الحضور إلى النادي.
