📋 Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your spot:

1. Booking & Payment: Full payment of 10 KD is required to secure your spot. Slots are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings are officially confirmed only upon receipt of payment confirmation.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to a friend. Please notify us via WhatsApp at least 4 hours before the class starts with the name and contact details of the person taking your spot.

3. Arrival & Timing: Doors open at 7:30 PM, and the class will begin promptly at 8:00 PM. Late arrivals after 8:15 PM may not be permitted to enter to avoid disrupting the session and ensuring a proper warm-up, which is essential for injury prevention. No refunds will be issued for lateness.

4. Health & Liability Waiver: By booking this class, you confirm that you are in good physical health and free from any medical conditions that would prevent you from participating in high-intensity physical exercise. zboxacademy and Coach Lilo are not liable for any injuries, medical conditions, or accidents sustained during or after the class.

📋 الشروط والأحكام

يرجى قراءة الشروط والأحكام التالية بعناية قبل حجز مكانكِ:

• 1. الحجز والدفع: يجب دفع المبلغ كاملاً (10 دنانير كويتية) لضمان حجز مكانكِ. الأماكن محدودة ويتم توزيعها بأسبقية الحجز. لا يعتبر الحجز مؤكداً إلا بعد استلام تأكيد الدفع.

• 2. سياسة الإلغاء والاسترجاع: جميع مبيعات التذاكر نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترداد. إذا لم تتمكني من الحضور، يمكنكِ نقل حجزكِ لصديقة. يرجى إخطارنا عبر الواتساب قبل 4 ساعات على الأقل من بدء الكلاس مع تزويدنا باسم وبيانات الشخص البديل.

• 3. الحضور والوقت: تفتح الأبواب الساعة 7:30 مساءً، ويبدأ الكلاس تمام الساعة 8:00 مساءً. قد لا يُسمح بالدخول للمتأخرين بعد الساعة 8:15 مساءً لتجنب إزعاج المجموعة ولضمان القيام بتمارين الإحماء الضرورية لتجنب الإصابات. لن يتم استرداد أي مبالغ بسبب التأخير.

• 4. الصحة والمسؤولية القانونية: بحجزكِ لهذا الكلاس، فإنكِ تؤكدين أنكِ بصحة بدنية جيدة ولا تعانين من أي مشاكل صحية تمنعكِ من ممارسة التمارين الرياضية عالية الكثافة. لا تتحمل zboxacademy ولا الكوتش ليلو أي مسؤولية عن أي إصابات أو ظروف صحية أو حوادث قد تحدث أثناء الكلاس أو بعده.
